Hi, I’m Lulu and I’m the creative force behind Fit Foodie Flavours residing in stunning Sydney, Australia. To say I’m food obsessed is an understatement – my entire life revolves around food. Eating it, cooking it, shopping for it… and it’s been this way since I can remember.
Flashback to when I was just 7, my Mum started working as a chef at a Thai restaurant and I remember studying the menu at great lengths curious about all the flavour combinations I had not yet tasted. Fast forward to my 15th birthday, where, instead of the typical teenage revelry, I opted for a fine dining experience to indulge my genuine love for exquisite cuisine. I also didn’t care about calories, protein or whether something was deep fried or not – all that mattered was that it tasted damn good.
However, my relocation to Sydney in July 2020 marked a turning point in my health and fitness journey. The vibrant and active lifestyle embraced by Sydneysiders, complemented by the city’s amazing weather, beaches, and nature, served as a catalyst for change. Yet, I’m not one to settle for bland meals of steamed broccoli and chicken. For me, the essence of food lies in its rich flavours and exceptional taste. This realisation sparked the inception of Fit Foodie Flavours – a platform born out of my quest to harmonise health and flavour.
